Why

 So the first big question.....

Why start another blog? 

I talk about Memento Mori in this blog post, and how I need to work on what my future self will be.  This blog will be about that journey - even if I don't know where it will take me.

My other blog - The Cancer Sucks Chronicles - was about my Cancer journey, and over the years I had put other content there, that didn't really fit the theme.  I wasn't happy with that, as I didn't want too much "non-cancer" content on it.

Now that I am retired, I want to work on the next step in "The Business of Rob".  

The next question ....

What does all that look like?

So, I want to find a way to catalogue my thoughts, and put down the things that inspire me, motivate me, educate me, intrigue me etc.  I will pass on tidbits of information as I go through this, and try to present concepts that help people think about life, the universe, and everything (Douglas Adams reference intentional).

So, lets all go on this journey together - even I am not sure the destination, but I am looking forward to having fun as it goes.  This journey really begins in earnest 1 month after my retirement (that I talk about in my other blog).
